Prior to the startup of land information Services Ltd in 2001, Milton had twenty nine years experience in Lands and Survey Department, Department of Survey and Land Information [DOSLI] and Land Information New Zealand [LINZ], operating in survey draughting, statutory/regulatory and land management fields. He held roles as Chief Survey Draughtsman, Assistant Chief Surveyor, and was acting District Manager of Invercargill office of DOSLI at the time that Agency was restructured into LINZ.
